1. Minimum age
GenzPlays requires all users to be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in their country if higher. Users under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian. Accounts found to belong to children below the minimum age are removed.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate permanent termination without warning or strike:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor.
- Sexualisation of minors — content that presents a minor in a sexualised manner, including through framing, clothing, posing, captions or comments, whether real, animated, illustrated or computer-generated.
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor to facilitate sexual contact or exploitation, online or offline.
- Sextortion — threatening to reveal intimate images of a minor to obtain money, further images or other benefit.
- Trafficking — advertising, soliciting or facilitating the trafficking of a minor.
- Endangerment — content encouraging minors to perform dangerous acts, or exposing minors to harmful or age-inappropriate material.
3. How we prevent and detect it
- Every upload is screened by automated safety systems before publication.
- Reporting is available in-app on every video, comment, channel and user profile.
- Reports flagged as child safety are prioritised above all other queues.
- Confirmed accounts are terminated and blocked from re-registering.
4. How to report
In the app: tap the three-dot menu on any video, comment or channel and choose Report → Child safety.

6. Reporting to authorities
Confirmed CSAE material is reported to the appropriate authorities, which may include the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal of India (cybercrime.gov.in) and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
7. Applicable law
We comply with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in India, and with equivalent obligations in other jurisdictions where our users are located.
8. Help for users
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. In India, Childline is available free on 1098, and cybercrime can be reported at cybercrime.gov.in.
